  • Scope of Operations: Velocity DFW curates specialized professional tracks and events in the Dallas area, directing users to third-party platforms for transactions. We do not directly issue tickets, process payments, or manage individual vendor checkouts on our own servers.
  • Third-Party Transactions: All ticket sales, registrations, and admissions are processed securely through Eventbrite. All vendor partnership subscriptions and financial contributions are processed securely through Stripe. Your interactions with those platforms are governed strictly by their respective terms, conditions, and refund policies. Velocity DFW assumes no liability for technical failures, processing errors, or policy disputes originating from Eventbrite or Stripe.
  • Participant Code of Conduct: Attendees and participating vendors are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct during all Velocity DFW events. We reserve the right to refuse service, revoke ticket access, or terminate vendor partnerships without refund for disruptive, harmful, or unethical behavior.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: All editorial copy, graphics, logos, structural layouts, and trademarks displayed on Velocity DFW are the exclusive property of the organization. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of site materials is strictly prohibited.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties: The website and all associated information are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties regarding event outcomes, business growth, or continuous, error-free platform availability.
